Our services are available to individuals aged 16 and above. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for onboarding and consent.

• All sessions, including One-Day Passes, must be booked in advance via our website or approved booking channels.
   
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid session charges.
   
• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeited sessions, depending on trainer availability.
   

Our One-Day Pass allows new clients to experience a single, fully personalized session. It includes access to:

• One-on-one private training
   
• Use of our facilities
   
• Bio-marker assessment (if applicable)
   
• Optional complimentary supplementation
  This pass is non-refundable and valid for 7 days from purchase.
   

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are medically fit to engage in physical activity.
   
• You have disclosed any health conditions, injuries, or limitations.
   
• More Energy Labs is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow trainer guidance.
   

We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program.

To ensure a safe and premium experience:

• Only one client is permitted per session. No guests or observers allowed.
   
• Clean, indoor footwear is required.
   
• Any damage to property due to negligence may result in additional charges.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, misuse of equipment, or violation of hygiene standards.
   

Our space is thoroughly sanitized after every session. Clients are expected to:

• Arrive in clean workout attire
   
• Use the provided sanitizers and wipes
   
• Follow all hygiene protocols communicated by staff
   

Any nutrition and supplement advice provided by More Energy Labs is intended for general wellness and performance support. It is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. Custom plans are based on the information provided by you and must be followed responsibly.

We respect your privacy. All client data, including biomarker records, health information, and contact details, are securely stored and never shared without consent.

• All payments must be made in advance through approved methods.
   
• Memberships and packages are non-transferable.
   
• Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
